Education Queensland International

Some of our Education Queensland International students experienced their EALD lesson in the Hospitality kitchen this morning with Mr Bertram. They learnt about the origins of the Anzac biscuit and then baked them for RSC’s Anzac Day Parade VIP guests. Students also enjoyed tasting the biscuits themselves, having previously tasted the mixture like many young Australians.
