P & C News
Welcome back for 2024 – the P&C is looking forward to a fantastic year concentrating on the building of community, events and projects around the school to enhance all students educational experience.
For us to function well as a P&C we need not only all parents to join as members but also a few to put their hands up to take on executive roles to lead the organisation. The election of the executive committee takes place at the AGM each year. We have 7 positions on our executive committee so that the load can be shared and a team can be built to work together while still managing our home and work lives. Our current executives all work full time outside the organisation but receive great enjoyment and reward from our volunteer positions within the P&C.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the AGM will be held on Tuesday 26th March (week 10).
Details as per below:
When: Tuesday 26th March
Time: Get together at 6pm followed by AGM from 6:30pm
Where: RSC Community Centre (OSHC)
Purpose of meeting:
▪️Elect new Executive Committee (President, VP Governance, VP Business Units, VP Community and Fundraising, Treasurer, Minutes Secretary and Correspondence Secretary)
▪️Present 2023 Audited Financial Statements
▪️Endorse new memberships for 2024
Being a member of the P&C comes with no obligation. You will receive regular updates and invites, but it is up to you how involved you are. To become a member, please complete our online membership prior to the 12th March, there is no need to attend the AGM. https://forms.office.com/r/fpT0FyQsB7.

The current executive committee has a few members re-nominating for positions but it is always important that we have new people coming along and being involved and that we fill all our positions. If you would like to nominate for the Executive positions you must attend the AGM and can either nominate at the meeting or complete the form found in the link and email to the Executive.
