Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL)
Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) is a whole school framework that promotes positive behaviour across our school and helps us to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
On the senior campus this term, we have had a whole school focus on explicitly teaching expected behaviours through weekly PBL focuses that have been taught specifically during form time. Staff have then acknowledged our students who are meeting the PBL focus.
Our week 7 focus was “Right Place, Right Time” which had a focus on students being on time to class, lining up outside with materials ready to learn. Our week 7 PBL winners were Jeremy in Year 8 and Jack in Year 10.
