“Stories Await. Are You Ready for the Adventure?”

The countdown to Book Week has begun! Anticipation is growing as students eagerly watch the Primary Campus Library transform in preparation for an unforgettable theme: Book an Adventure!
From 18th to 22nd August, students will set off on an exciting quest through a world of stories, exploring an exciting line-up of shortlisted and award-winning books. Prep to Year 2 students will set off on an adventure of book readings and hands-on activities that bring the magic of reading to life!
Join us for the extremely anticipated and highlight of Book Week, the Book Character Dress-Up Parade! On Friday, 22nd August, the Primary Campus basketball court will come alive from 9:15 am. We can’t wait to see the incredible creativity on display as students bring their favourite characters to life. Families are warmly invited to share in this special celebration.
Students also have the chance to showcase their talents in two exciting competitions (see attached images). Fantastic prizes will be awarded for each year level, with winners announced during the parade.
If you have any questions about the parade or competitions, please visit Ms Rowe in the library. Get ready for an unforgettable journey as the adventure awaits!
